| Details: | Attempted to contact the operator several times between 3:40 and 3:45 pm on 4/25/23 and was disconnected by person in charge at location. Attempted again to find out that the person in charge was deliberately hanging up on me, as he then hung up on me again. Was attempting to let staff or operator know about them missing their monthly routine coliform sample for the month of March but was unable to convey the information due to being hung up on multiple times. Firm is close to missing their monthly sample for April as well. | ||
