| Details: | Sheldon is the cross connection specialist for the City of Milton-Freewater. The system has made significant improvements to their backflow device cataloging and test tracking. While they are not testing at high enough levels yet (under 50%), their progress warrants extending the deficiency correction date out till next year to allow time to get more of the program implemented and testing percentage brought up. System has until Dec 2024 to bring this into compliance. | ||
