Details:	Emailed Robert because Cold Springs has accumulated another violation for neglecting to submit the March Groundwater Report. I asked Robert to submit the April Groundwater report by the 10th of May. This will return to compliance all of the other GWR violations and remove points that have been adding up against Cold Springs. I informed him that their system score is 18 currently and the State could possibly open formal enforcement against them again if they continue on this route.
