| Details: | I visited the store to discuss the uncorrected significant deficiencies noted during the water system survey conducted on 12/09/2022. The firm has been keeping records of the chlorine residual at least two times per week and now has a functioning chlorine test kit with enough reagent for conducting numerous tests on the firm's water. The firm has also found a piece to fit on the manhole entry into the storage tank. The firm has yet to have final plan review approval from the state DWP. | ||
