| Details: | Mike Hamilton called me and left a message requesting more information about a letter that states Rainier Congregation of JW failed to correct a significant deficiency. I called Mike Hamilton back and left a message about how all that is really required from their water system is for the Coliform Sampling Plan to be completed and submitted to DWS. On April 6 2023, I sent Hamilton the instructions/template for the Coliform Sampling Plan by email, and today 5/1/23 I offered to help with the process of completing it or answering any additional questions. |
