Details:	Survey deficiency updates: 05.21.23- Steve emailed me a copy of the coliform sampling plan he created. The plan describes the follow up locations where samples would be collected in the event of bacterial contamination. The plan is approved. All survey deficiencies corrected. No further actions needed. 05.09.23- Survey deficiencies addressed during the MS Teams conference call with the participation of Steve Soesbe, David Funderburk, and Zach Golic. Updates: - Operation and Maintenance manual completed on 05.09.2023. - ERP completed on 05.09.2023 - Plan review conditional approval for major modifications. Final approval will be provided after Daivd installs a flow restrictor to prevent the system from exceeding the peak hourly flow. - Time extension granted for the system to provide an updated Coliform sampling plan - due June 30, 2023. - CT calculations corrected - 05.09.2023 - Minimum CT requirements met - 05.09.2023 - Inventory update: Request DMCE to update all reference of the Creek's name with the new name: Takelma Creek. 05.08.2023-I spoke with Steve over the phone regarding the SWT report for March 2023. A MS Teams meeting was set up for tomorrow to discuss the correct way for the system to calculate CT and address the survey deficiencies that are still pending. Next steps: Address CT not met in March and update survey deficiencies still pending. 04.28.2023-Justin Fimbres reported that the operator, Steve Soesbe, confirmed that the storage tank vent has been screened. Photos provided for verification. Next steps: contact operator to discuss action plan to address pending deficiencies.
