| Details: | I called and spoke with Don Calvert about two documents that are required from Westland Water Association that have not been received by DWS: Consumer Confidence Report and Annual Summary Report. Don forwarded me to Dianne Massey, who I spoke with; she said the CCR from last year was completed. Westland is also having a meeting in June where the newest CCR will be completed/sent to customers, I was also told. Dianne said she would mail a copy of the CCR to me. Don mentioned that Scott Fraser is in charge of the cross connection control program; I then called Scott and we discussed that the Annual Summary Report (ASR) is overdue, and I emailed Scott a copy of the ASR form for him to complete and send back to me and/or DWS. |
