| Details: | I called Glenda Mullenix and left a message stating the following overdue deficiencies with Deer View Cooperative's water system: - Monitoring/sampling overdue (coliform, radiologicals, SOCs, VOCs, lead & copper) - Operation & Maintenance Manual not located - Coliform Sampling Plan not located - Certified Operator not determined (Small Water System Operator training course is the course provided by OAWU to obtain certification) Glenda called me back with a different phone number that she said is preferred over the listed one, and requested additional guidance regarding water sampling after their previous person in charge had left. I forwarded her a few water testing labs (with contact information) in the general region that accept water samples from the public for testing. |
