| Details: | On 4/10/23, Marc indicated that the survey deficiency for chemicals store in well setback and two additional items replacing caulking for well and verify storage vent is intact, have been corrected. On 5/2/23, Gene Hubbard with Avion emailed two photos. He also confirmed the oil buckets near wells have been removed. No further actions are needed. | ||
