| Details: | Spoke with Michael from Always Pure. They do the sampling for Whistle Stop. He knew about the E.coli sample & is having Allen from his office pull follow up samples on Thursday. Emailed the owner of the restaurant the E.coli boil template as well as the Foodborne Illness Prevention Program guidance for alternative procedures a restaurant must take during a boil to stay open. | ||
