Details:	A Level2 coliform investigation (field visit) was done to complete actions. The water system has taken 12 consecutive monthly coliform samples without violations and an onsite inspection of the water system was done to complete actions so that the water system can return to routine quarterly coliform sampling effective 05/01/2023. A Level 2 coliform investigation and a coliform schedule reduction from monthly to quarterly coliform sampling has been emailed to compliance.
