| Details: | Please contact me as soon as possible to schedule the water system Sanitary Survey. The survey is required every three years for compliance. Repeated attempts to schedule have been made over the last year through letters and emails. Because John Day purchases water for distribution, the survey can be done as a “table-top” review of records, maps, and written programs. I can book a conference room here at the County Building or will be glad to meet with either of you onsite. The attached describes the documentation needed to complete the survey. The last survey, done in August of 2017, listed the following violations: • No Cross Connection Control Program • Backflow devices not tested annually • No coliform monitoring plan • Chemical monitoring not current • Annual Consumer Confidence Report not submitted Please have documentation of corrections at the time we meet so updates and may be submitted to Drinking Water Services. |
