| Details: | Spoke with the restaurant owner. The water system is issuing a boil notice. The water system serves a The restaurant is closing on this date to get everything need to comply with precautions for a restaurant on a boil. The restaurant will re-open once all precautions are in place. The water system was provided the boil notice template & given guidance for a restaurant on a boil. The water system also serves a second connection that is a residence. The occupants of the residence will be informed of the boil notice. The system is working with Always Pure water. A level 2 coliform investigation will be performed. |
