| Details: | I received an email from Matt of the City's plans to reactivate Polk Well #1 (SRC-BA). The City documented their ability to achieve 4-log viral disinfection for this source on 6/23/22. DWS sent a letter to the City on 7/19/22 describing the monitoring and reporting requirements to maintain a chlorine residual of 0.2 mg/L or higher at EP-B. The City will begin monitoring daily chlorine residuals in April 2023 to report to the state. | ||
