Details:	Scott reports emergency response plan is near completed and expected to be finished by next week. Struggling to complete CCR. I promised to email him a sdwis list including other community systems he might ask for CCR examples. The concrete tank is leaking again and will be taken off line in next few days and replaced with new plastic tanks of comparable volume.
