| Details: | NCPHD was forwarded an email from the EPA that was in regard to an anonymous complaint made by a resident in the City of Shaniko. The complaint was in regard to water quality issues and operations. The complaint had addressed a residential sample that was taken and submitted to Rose City Labs in Portland, OR and expressed concerns about their findings. Findings included total dissolved solids, Arsenic, Nitrate was positive for total coliform. |
