"John,

As current board chair for our Tygh Valley Water District, I first want to apologize for any delay in getting information to you. Here is our plan for addressing the deficiencies listed in your August 29, 2017 report.
1) The overflow drain valve is currently protected, and the screened flip valve.
2) I will work with your office to create an enabling authority for the state.
3) The cross connection annual summary is in process for certification.
4) The consumer confidence reports and verifications have been submitted.

Thank-you for your patience as we continue to pursue all necessary requirements for safe public water supply for our district.
