Details:	Email received today at 11:08am from Dan Jaffe, "John, As current board chair for our Tygh Valley Water District, I first want to apologize for any delay in getting information to you. Here is our plan for addressing the deficiencies listed in your August 29, 2017 report. 1) The overflow drain valve is currently protected, and the screened flip valve. 2) I will work with your office to create an enabling authority for the state. 3) The cross connection annual summary is in process for certification. 4) The consumer confidence reports and verifications have been submitted.
