| Details: | System received M/R violation for no April coliform. Emailed Pat to discussed missed sample as well as March 2023. Pat said they were not open early this spring due to snow but will submit May sample in My 15. System is on Monthly sampling due to missed samples and inconsistent open status. System would need to submit 12 consecutive on-time monthly samples to go back to quarterly sampling. System is not open on a consistent basis due to weather, snow, events, etc. System also needs to submit monthly chlorine record by 10th of each month. | ||
