| Details: | I contacted new DRC Vaughn Allen this day and discussed the recent TC+. He informed me the recently retired operator (Morrissey) took the samples without flushing. The chlorine residuals have been measured at the systems peripheral sites and are a consistent 0.3ppm per Allen. | ||
