| Details: | Spoke with John Pierce about the overdue deficiency for his operator certification and to see if he had completed the annual summary report or emergency response plan. John missed the course in The Dalles and is intending to take the online course in July. As for the annual summary report, he will be reaching out to a specialist to have the backflow's tested for the report even though it is overdue and will continue to work on the emergency response plan. The dates have been extended for corrective action. | ||
