| Details: | Dan indicated three repeat and triggered source samples from DWVD and Well 3 were collected yesterday for the routine coliform positive on May 8th. He will email when results are available tomorrow with an update. On 5/17, Dan notified me that all three repeat samples were total coliform positive. Triggered source samples were absent. A level 2 coliform investigation is required. A site visit is scheduled on 6/22. Dan noted that positive samples are in same area as April coliform positives and thinks it is associated with mainline repairs made. We discussed isolating affected area, followed by chlorination, flushing and additional sampling. |
