| Details: | I received a call from Dean Logan regarding missed MPA sampling requirement from the 2022/2023 winter months when the adjacent Rogue River had the necessary flow (above 10,000 CFS) to perform them. Dean said he attempted to coordinate with Civil West Engineers to perform the MPA sampling but indicated the Civil West Engineer never showed up. There are no contact reports from Circuit Rider program. I indicated to Dean that the MPA sampling will likely not be able to be done until next winter when the Rogue River has the necessary flow again. | ||
