| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: OHA requires 4 Log treatment due to E. coli confirmed from well in ground water source 40 feet deep. Park has 30 full hookups, 1 mobile home, and 1 personal resident. The well is 82 feet deep and pulls 60 gpm. Assistance Provided: Site consultation and analysis of schematic plans for upgrading to 4 Log treatment. Owner has created most of the schematics for the upgrades, but will need a licensed Professional Engineer to design the improvements for OHA approval. Owners upgrades include a new 2.5K GST with high and low float alarms, new chlorine pump, new distribution pump, and all new plumbing within well pump house. Follow-Up Actions Needed: Further support request to be opened after improvements are done for recommended Contact Time for the proposed system.
