| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Madrone Hill Mobile Home Park is a well taken care of system but has an aging and leaking concrete ground storage tank. Owner needed assistance with the acquisition of funding for a feasibility study and evaluation of the system so that proper improvements can be identified and planned for through the SIPP application.
