| Details: | EH received a call from Clatsop County Code Enforcement, onsite at Sunset Lake RV Park, that a well is being drilled at the park. After calling OHA DWS liaison, Pete Farrelly, and learning that there appears to be no contact with DWS, nor Plan Review requested, EH sent email to system operator Ms Ramey. According to Code Enforcement, the new well is being drilled approximately 200 feet north of existing CLAT 211, near the shore of Sunset Lake. A permit had reportedly been obtained from Water Resources (Water Master). 5/18/23 Ms Ramey returned my call; referred me to system owner Ken Hick for information regarding the new well at Sunset Lake RV Park. |
