| Details: | EH received a call from water system owner Ken Hick. Mr. Hick had been contacted by system operator Teresa Ramey after our conversation concerning the new well drilled at the Sunset Lake RV Park. Mr. Hick explained the reason for the new well and that all construction, sales and service providers involved were licensed. Mr. Hick stated he was unaware that OHA DWS needed to be advised of this type of work on a regulated system, and that Plan Review was required prior to the commencement of the work. Upon Mr. Hick's request, EH provided email link to the Plan Review information available on the OHA DWS web page, as well as phone number for Pete Farrelly in case he had questions about the application process. |
