| Details: | Survey deficiencies- update 06.02.2023-I reached out to Alisha to get an update on the CT study. Alisha emailed me back stating that she has asked David Funderburk to provide a date when the CT study will be done. I emailed Alisha Marlin Gochnour's contact information. Joseph Little, an engineering technician with Civil West, emailed back, reporting to Alisha and I that when calculating the theoretical contact time with the way the system is setup, it was concluded it would not meet the required CT values. Joseph contacted David via email, and he responded with a phone call on 05.24.2023. Joseph and David talked about possible improvements to increase either baffling or total volume. Next steps: David is going to contact Galice Resort and get back to Joseph with a plan. A time extension has been proposed (Sep 29, 2023) for Galice Subdivision to work on a plan and then perform the CT study. Alisha will email me to confirm if this is enough time to complete the CT study. 05.21.2023-I contacted Alisha and reminded her to reach out to Civil West to inquire about the plans to conduct the CT study. I advised Alisha to email me back the date when the CT study would be completed. A time extension to conduct the CT study will be granted once a date is provided by Civil West. |
