Details:	I called Donna Crist to follow up on a prior deficiency matter regarding their well meeting setbacks. She referred me to the corrective action plan and photos which she had previously sent to me, documenting that the chemicals and porta-potty had been moved away from the well, which I then forwarded to DWS. I updated the deficiencies record in Data Online to note that the deficiency has been corrected.
