Details:	I spoke with Jessy today about the requirements for OVS TC+ results and repeat TC+ results. I explained that the new OVS rules are short on requirements, but that he should shock the well and distribution system, then take a special sample to gauge treatment effectiveness. I also explained that OVS rules are lacking in guidance regarding the next steps if there are subsequent TC+ results, but that looking into continuous disinfection is an option. We also spoke about surface water influence over Jessy's groundwater system and the possible routes of contamination. We talked about obvious routes of contamination, such as ropes bypassing the sanitary seal, or a faulty sanitary seal. There is only one active well at the moment, as someone backed into well AB. Daniel Hough at DWS said he would take the well off SDWIS for the time being. For now, Jessy is going to shock the well and the distribution system, and try to uncover the reason for the TC+.
