| Details: | Called and spoke with Jason. He informed me that the facility/water system has been closed since 3/28/23 due to automobile crash that severely damaged the building. Facility estimates being closed another 4 months and will notify EH prior to reopening. I sent an inventory update to DMCE to deactivate the WS. | ||
