| Details: | Emailed Robert to inform him that Cold springs water system has incurred another violation for not submitting a monthly groundwater report for April. They have not submitted a groundwater report since October. Reminded him that this is the report where you record the chlorine residuals daily. I asked him to turn in the May report before June 10th in order for the violations to return to compliance. His system has accumulated 19 violation points which makes it a Priority Non Complier. I let him know that staying a Priority Non Complier could open up formal enforcement against the system again. |
