Details:	During a water system survey for J & M Mobile Home Park, Robert Trotter who also covers operations for McNulty Water PUD mentioned that McNulty's Arsenic Treatment System has shown to be ineffective at treating for arsenic, so it has been taken offline. McNulty's Robinette Well and Aquifer Storage & Recovery zone water source which fed into the Arsenic Treatment System has also been taken offline and will remain offline until the Treatment system can be repaired, as it is being evaluated/assessed by the manufacturer, according to Trotter.
