| Details: | on 11/21/18 called and left a recorded message for the system to collect 3 repeat samples as well as a source sample as soon as practical. and also requested that the operator call me and confirm receipt of the message. on 11/26/18 spoke to current operator herman bloemsma and he reported the 4 samples had been sent via UPS earlier in the day and he anticipated results sometime tomorrow. |
