Details:	08.30.2023-Dustin Nelson, the new project manager for the Brookings-Salmon Run System emailed a copy of the UV sensor calibration log sheet. The UV sensor was calibrated on 8.24.2023. The operator will continue doing monthly calibrations. No further actions needed. 05.23.2023 Mark reached out requesting a time extension to address the survey deficiency related to the UV sensor calibration monitoring. Mark informed me that the sensor kit and a mA sensor (part No. 270269-R) that was recommended by Viqua did not work. It would not read mA, nor would it shut off once we were done. Mark requested assistance from another water system using the same UV reactor. The advice was to install a mA unit that needs a separate voltmeter attached to it. Mark contacted Quinn’s Pumps on May 17 and they did some investigating about returning the defective part and ordering 270268-R. A confirmation that 270268-R was ordered was received on Friday, May 19th. It will be 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Thus, the request for a extension. Next steps: A request was granted for the system to correct this deficiency by August 31, 2023.
