| Details: | I spoke to office clerk at Harbor PUD and left message of where to send pending sample results. I then called Herman on his cell phone about the level 1 investigation prompted by lack of follow up sample results to the recent routine sample showing presence of coliform. He says umpqua lab is quick to let everyone know (state dws and the system operator) when a water sample shows contamination present, BUT the lab might take awhile to provide results when the results are "clean." I told Herman to expect the level 1 letter telling him to do an investigation and make a report of it. BUT as long as the repeat and source samples were analyzed as per rule and he forwards them promptly to the state, he can disregard the letter. Later in the day, Herman left me a voice mail stating he had spoken to his lab and confirmed the lab results for all recent samples were clean and that the lab would forward results as soon as practical. |
