| Details: | Operator contacted me regarding the failed repeat samples in the distribution system. He asked about disinfection of the system. I sent him the Excel formula for shock chlorination of a storage tank. I also send him a Level 1 investigation template to use for troubleshooting and let him know a completed L1 would be required sometime at the end of June. | ||
