| Details: | 06.02.2023-I emailed Greg requesting an update on the corrective actions needed to address the survey deficiencies still pending. Deficiencies still pending: - Turbidimeter calibration at least quarterly - Seccua membrane filter daily integrity testing - Free chlorine residual in the distribution monitored and recorded at least twice a week - pH, temp and free chlorine residual should be monitored and recorded daily at the EP or 1st user - Submit monthly SWTR reports. The operator submitted a SWT report for April. They need to submit one for May. |
