| Details: | Evan Hofeld of OHA emailed Aaron Raines of LL Stub Stewart State Park regarding the two positive coliform samples. Aaron Raines was instructed to submit a triggered source sample from each well and 3 repeat samples (one at original positive site, one upstreamand one downstream) for each total positive coliform site. He was also instructed to complete a Level 1 investigation (was emailed a link for the investigation form.) Awaiting sample results. | ||
