| Details: | I was contacted by the owner/operator of Center Market #25. They informed me that the most recent routine sample was returned total coliform positive. We discussed the total coliform sampling plan, the total coliform response flow chart, repeat testing, triggered source sampling, how to take a sample and how to choose a location for a sample. I followed up with an email to the owner/operator that included links to all of the above along with the OHA health information about coliform bacteria. The system intends to collect three repeat samples and a triggered source sample. |
