| Details: | Tim Jackson, system operator, called and left message regarding positive coliform sample. Returned Tim's call and he said that he had already collected his repeat sample and triggered source sample. He wanted to know if he needed to post notice yet and I informed him that he did not need to yet. I told him we need review the results of the repeat and triggered sample. I let him know that if the repeat sample was positive, we would recommend that perform corrective action such as socking the well and distribution system. | ||
