| Details: | Contact the operator regarding the failed repeat samples for total coliform. Approximately, 3 years ago there was a similar situation and the probable cause was the backflow devices. I have instructed her to determine when the devices were last tested and if need be, to have them tested again. I also informed her of the Level 2 Investigation which will require a site visit prior to July 20th. Once I more information about the backflow devices, I will direct her to disinfect the distribution system. | ||
