| Details: | Sent a communication to the operator for this facility regarding the repeat and well samples that were positive for total coliform. Instruct him to chlorinate the well and storage tank. We have schedule to meet for the purpose of a site survey at the end of June. We will be discuss this at length at that time. I sent an electronic copy of the Level 1 Coliform Investigation template and support letter from OHA-DWS. | ||
