| Details: | Received complaint from home owner and PUC re: loss of pressure. Called Butch and he said he had to repair a fire hydrant near the upper reservoir which caused low pressure for upper 4-5 homes. No boil water notice was issued. I reminded about boil water notices and need for a follow up coliform sample to ensure no bacteria. Butch said he would take a coliform sample from one of the upper homes and let me know result. I forwarded boil water template to one of the affected homes to disseminate to the affected homes until coliform samples results are in. I also asked him to contact the affected homes re: boil and follow up sample. Wait for special sample results to lift boil. | ||
