Details:	I have been unable to reach someone from this water system for several weeks. It turns out that they are under a new name (Applegate Trail RV Park). I was able to find an email address on their new website and Michelle Weybright responded and told me that the water was tested and is clean. I responded and explained that we need to go through the proper channels for testing and reporting and that it is important that we get the boil water notice off of the system as soon as possible, and we also need to know who is managing the system and update all of the contact information. I will update the contact report when we make progress. Update: Mr. Brown now has corrected the wellhead, and has updated O&M and ERP.
