| Details: | We spoke with Mr. Klindt via phone and he reported that he remembered taking the TCR M&R sample in May. Mr. Klindt took the time to check their records and found that the sample had been marked 'Special' rather than 'Routine' in error. Mr. Klindt will take TCR M&R samples in June, 2023 to resolve this violation. | ||
