Details: Spoke with Claire who is speculating that the sample was contaminated. They had disinfected the well after installing a hand pump at the end of April. The May sample came back negative. They will call the installer to ask if they take the cap off the hand pump if it will mess up anything. Before they remove the cap they will sample again. Seals and gaskets are all new. If sample comes back positive again, they will try to locate the source of the contamination.
