| Details: | Contact the operator and the DRC about the missing May coliform sample. The operator has been ill and the DRC is not sure if the sample was taken and not reported. He will look into it and make sure if it was taken the results are submitted but if it was overlooked then he will make sure the June sample is taken and results submitted. | ||
