| Details: | Failure to meet CT during the month of May 2023 -07.10.2023-Lillie informed me that a public notice was posted at the main door and treatment room door. A copy of the Tier 2 notice was provided. Lillie was instructed to email a copy of the public notice that was posted to DMCE. -06.15.2023-I email Steve informing him of the recent violation for not meeting CT during the month of May on the following days: 1-4; 8-13; 16, 19-20; 24-26; and 28. A copy of a Tier 2 notice for failure to meet CT was emailed to the operator. Next steps: The operator was advised to fill out the tier 2 public notice template, post it within 30 days, and email me a copy with the date the notice was posted. The operator was also reminded to notify DWS within 24 hours any time the system fails to meet CT or if free chlorine residual at the EP drops below 0.2 ppm. |
