| Details: | Talked to Don about status of needed corrections to survey deficiencies. He said the tank lid should be fixed in the next few days including a new [inert] material surfacing the inner side of the lid and a functional locking mechanism for the lid. He also commented that he expected culligan to provide an RO system in the near future (to eliminate the brown stains on plumbing fixtures). When the system is functioning he intends to fold in its maintenance requirements into the water system's O and M manual at which time the manual would be complete. He agreed at least the tank lid changes would be complete within 45 days (January 25, 2019) and would notify me when the work is completed. When asked about plan Review for reverse osmosis he said that culligan could provide something satisfactory, but believed it was unnecessary as the purpose for the RO was cosmetic. |
