| Details: | Doug called NCPHD requesting guidance on shocking the well. NCPHD informed him to shock the well at 50 ppm and allow for a contact time of up to 24 hours, then flush the reservoir away from any surface water. I will be going on site to assess the fire damage to the reservoir and bringing a "Do Not Drink" notice with me to distribute to customers once the damage has been assessed. | ||
